This Long Beach seafood restaurant serves only sustainable seafood from around the world such as soft shelled crab and Hawaiian Ahi poke. With tables covered in brown butcher block paper and tin ceiling Chelsea Chowder House & Bar evokes a classic New England chowder house atmosphere. 

Start your dining experience with a variety of appetizers including oysters on the half shell or fried calamari. Try one of our Chowder flights which change weekly – featuring New England Clam, Corn Chicken Chorizo and Roasted Corn & Poblano chowders. For your main course savor one of our seafood kettles or  indulge in our "brewed food" menu featuring Guinness braised beef short ribs, bass ale battered black cod fillet and more.
