Ballrooms and Meeting Salons

Originally used as lounges and dining rooms, THE QUEEN MARY'sSM original art deco salons now serve as very special Long Beach event venues for groups from 10 to nearly 5,000 guests. Ornate and original art deco murals, tapestries, mirrors and carvings made of beautiful woods, leather, and other special and unique materials adorn each of these wonderful spaces.

All of our Long Beach meeting venues feature a range of event services including high-speed wireless internet access. They can also be supported with full audio visual services through our onsite AV partner.

Board Room

Once part of the First-Class Long Gallery, the Board Room features two original octagonal paintings that celebrate England's maritime history and are both paneled in their original wood veneer. The Board Room accommodates up to 70 guests and occupies 720 square feet of space.

Britannia Salon and Deck

Originally THE QUEEN MARY's Second-Class Lounge, the elegant Britannia Salon is complete with a parquet dance floor, stage, original artwork, exotic woods and leather wall coverings. The Britannia Salon opens onto a private deck at the stern of the ship where guests may enjoy a breath of fresh air and the Long Beach skyline.

For your grand occasion, this expansive 7,500-square-foot salon can accommodate up to 500 guests.

Capstan Club and Deck

The Capstan Club, which opens onto a private deck at the stern of the ship, features maritime decor and spectacular panoramic views of the Long Beach skyline and the Port of Long Beach. This 2,000-square-foot salon can accommodate as many as 180 guests.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall is 35,000 square feet and is divided amongst three levels that can be used en suite or individually. The upper-most level on D Deck is 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 500 guests. The middle level on E Deck is 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 600 guests. The lower level on F Deck can accommodate up to 500 guests and spans 15,000 square feet.

Grand Salon

Originally the First-Class Dining Room, the Grand Salon boasts 9,000 square feet of floor space and a soaring 33-foot-high ceiling. The elegant room embraces the art deco era with attention to elegance and style and can accommodate up to 700 guests.

Mauretania Room

Originally the Third-Class Main Lounge, also known as the Garden Lounge, the Mauretania Room is a beautiful 1,900-square-foot salon. Finished in its original sycamore and pommeli woods, and featuring an exceptional ocean view creates the perfect setting for any special occasion.

This Long Beach venue can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Queen's Salon

Originally the First-Class Main Lounge, the Queen's Salon is a breathtaking venue for any occasion. The 4,600-square-foot salon celebrates the grandeur of the art deco era with priceless original art, a trio of golden onyx fireplaces and a beautiful parquet dance floor.

This regal salon can accommodate up to 360 guests.

Regent Room

Once part of the First-Class Long Gallery, the Regent Room features an original oil painting that depicts a peaceful English landscape and is paneled in original wood veneer.

This room is 522 square feet and can accommodate parties of up to 40 guests.

Royal Salon and King's View

The Royal Salon, once the First-Class Smoking Lounge, features original artwork from the ship's ocean liner days and more than 2,000 square feet of space comfortably accommodating up to 250 guests.

Verandah Grill

Once the night club for the ship's elite passengers, this Long Beach venue boasts beautiful hand-painted murals, a sunken dance floor and doors opening onto the Sun Deck. The Verandah Grill can host events for up to 180 guests.

Victoria Room

The Victoria Room opens onto an outside deck which provides sweeping views of the waterfront.

With over 600 square feet of space, it can easily accommodate up to 50 guests.

Windsor Salon

Adjacent to the Grand Salon, the Windsor Salon was originally part of the First-Class Dining Room. The room features four original, mirrored panels retelling the Greek story of Jason and his quest for the golden fleece.

Measuring 3,100 square feet, it accommodates up to 280 guests.
